JX is a British dance music project led by producer Jake Williams, who created some of the most memorable and exhilarating rave and hard house anthems of the mid-1990s. Son of a Gun reached number six in the UK in 1994 and was followed by the massive There’s Nothing I Won’t Do in 1995, which reached the top five and became one of the definitive records of the UK rave scene. A further single You Belong to Me also charted strongly. JX’s energetic, piano-driven productions captured the euphoric spirit of mid-1990s British dance music and the tracks continue to be played at rave revival events.
