Girl Power: Women In Talent

From a platinum-selling vocalist to a Commonwealth Games DJ, a broadcaster of thirty years to a twelve-year-old drummer. Meet some of the women on the Big Bang Talent roster.

Our roster covers a lot of ground, and a good measure of that is the range of women who are on it. Between them, the nine below cover live music, DJing, broadcasting, hosting, speaking, tribute and family entertainment, across club nights, festivals, sports arenas, corporate events and theatres.

Coleen Nolan

A singer with The Nolans and a long-standing panellist on ITV’s Loose Women, Coleen brings decades of genuine public affection alongside the recognition. She’s a natural for awards hosting, Q&A formats, panels and events aimed at a mainstream adult audience, with the warmth to work a room of any size.

Maria Rubia

The voice of Fragma’s “Everytime You Need Me”, a UK number 3 that earned silver, gold and platinum discs and has returned to the charts twice since on the back of a TikTok revival. With 88 million streams and 1.4 million monthly Spotify listeners, she’s currently mid-comeback with new Fragma singles picked up by Armin van Buuren’s A State of Trance. She’s also a working TV presenter and radio host, theatre-trained across multiple genres, and performs in four languages.

Andi Mac

A live event host, presenter and speaker with over thirty years in broadcasting, including her work with the BBC. Andi specialises in “Audience With” style theatre shows, drawing out the stories audiences don’t usually hear, with guests from entertainment, football and the wider sporting world. She’s also a speaker in her own right, on grief, resilience and rebuilding after loss.

Sarah G

An open-format DJ, presenter and producer with over a decade behind the decks. Four seasons in Ibiza, plus residencies in Dubai, Egypt, Marbella and the Maldives, headline festival slots to crowds of 10,000-plus, and a spell as a tour resident for Ministry of Sound. Closer to home, Birmingham ICC Arena, Coventry Arena and brand work for Samsung, Formula 1 and Selfridges.

Jodie Weston

DJ, producer, radio presenter and TV personality. Her productions have placed in the top five on three separate Official Music Week charts, with support from Claptone, Judge Jules, Don Diablo and Dimitri Vegas. She’s played the UK, Mexico, Dubai, Ibiza and the Caribbean alongside Idris Elba and Todd Terry, has hosted The Dollhouse Show since 2019, and brings a following of over 350,000.

Mystikle Blue

The DJ who became one of the talking points of the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, featuring on Sky Sports, BBC, Channel 4 and the World Sports feed. Known as “the Netball DJ” for her work with England Netball, she’s played the NEC Birmingham, the AO Arena, Motorpoint Arena and First Direct Arena, alongside corporate events and awards ceremonies. She’s a SHE Award winner in the Remarkable Women category, and the first and only woman to win King of the Decks West Midlands.

Zahra Palmer

Performing as The Body, Zahra is a singer, model and presenter who started out at fourteen with London modelling agency Finess. She reached the final 50 of The X Factor from a field of 180,000 applicants, then signed to Polydor as part of a girl group, with television appearances including T4, Pop World and The Chrissy B Show.

As a solo artist she has charted across eight countries and hit number one on iTunes. Her latest release is “Nothing Lasts Forever” with DJ Oxide, with more in progress alongside MTV artist Damon Hess and a reggae collaboration with Steve Ital. Available for personal appearances, live vocal sets, brand activations, modelling and presenting.

Taylored Swift

A four-piece live band delivering a full-scale Eras Tour experience, covering Taylor Swift’s journey from country roots to pop superstardom with costume changes, replica guitars and live performance of the hits. The show now includes a dedicated Life of a Showgirl segment, and for country-themed festivals they offer a separate set of Taylor’s biggest country material. One of the most complete Taylor Swift tributes on the UK circuit, and a reliable sell-out for venues, festivals and events.

Nancy Tilley

Twelve years old, a Grade 8 drummer with Trinity College of Music, and a semi-finalist on Britain’s Got Talent 2026 after a standing-ovation audition. One of the most distinctive acts we represent, and a genuine draw for family festivals, theatres, holiday parks and daytime stages. Bookings are managed in full alongside her family.

Nine names, nine different bookings

That’s the point. A talent roster is only as useful as its range, and between these nine you could fill a main stage, a dance tent, a house night, an awards ceremony, a sports arena, a corporate conference, a theatre and a family festival.
